By accessing and using Learning Platform ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account

3. Payments & Refunds

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all course purchases. To be eligible for a refund:

• The refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase
• You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

4. Content License

When you enroll in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use.

Prohibited Uses

• Downloading, copying, or redistributing course content outside the Platform
• Sharing your login credentials with others
• Using content for commercial purposes without permission
• Reverse engineering or decompiling any Platform technology

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post any content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Send spam or unauthorized commercial communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Learning Platform and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Learning Platform, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Platform and informs users of our data collection practices.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
